COST OF IVF AT CLINICS IN SOUTH AFRICA

Hi Everyone,I was just wondering.... I see so many of you go for IVF. When our FS told us what IVF costs I almost fainted.... How on earth are DH and I going to afford it if it comes to that????

Hi all Please can you some advise to someone who is new to this whole game - I rec'd my IVF programme and the cost is R 39 000.00 that we need to pay but no breakdown of how this amount is made up ? I am with DR R in Westville is this normal practice ith all FS ? They have said that this does includes from the time the programme starts till the day of ET all consults, theatre , bloods, drugs ,gynae & lab fees ) excl anaesthetist fee. My DH being an accountant wants to know what he is paying for ?:confused:
